Pricing is published here so you can decide before you commit. Sibling discounts or payment plans, if offered, will be stated in your registration confirmation or term letter.
What the fee typically covers
- Scheduled coaching sessions for the term block
- Programme planning, theming, and on-field organisation
- Access to the Skilz School Parent Portal for schedules, notices, and billing (where enabled)
Kit, optional merchandise, and external events may be billed separately — you'll always see line items in the portal or on invoices where applicable.

Final dates align with venue availability and programme planning. You'll receive confirmed dates when you enrol and in the Parent Portal each term.
Payment, refunds & cancellation
Payment methods and due dates are confirmed at registration (card, EFT, or school-advised options). Invoices and receipts are available through the Parent Portal where billing is enabled.
Refunds & withdrawals: Policies depend on term start date and whether a place was reserved for your child. The authoritative wording will be in your registration pack or term agreement. If you need to withdraw, contact the programme office as early as possible so we can offer the place to another family.
Once enrolled: the Skilz School Parent Portal
Everything you need to stay connected to your child's programme lives in one place — attendance, term communications, invoices, coach updates, and optional store browsing. Managing the season shouldn't mean chasing WhatsApp threads and paper notes.
