Frequently asked questions
What ages is Skilz School for?
We focus on primary school ages — typically from around 6 through early teens — with groups organised by age and stage. If your child is outside that range, ask the office about future intakes.
Do we need our own boots and kit?
Players usually need suitable boots and shin pads for sessions. Match or training kit may be offered separately or through the optional Skilz Store in the Parent Portal. Your welcome email will list what to bring the first week.
What if it rains?
We follow venue safety rules and coach risk assessments. Cancellations or venue changes are communicated through the Parent Portal and other channels the programme uses for urgent notices.
How do I pay?
Fees are published on the Fees & Dates page. Payment options and due dates are confirmed at registration; invoices and receipts appear in the Parent Portal where billing is enabled.
Is this the same as the school PE lesson?
No — Skilz School is an after-school football development programme with its own coaching team, rhythm, and portal. It complements school sport but is a separate enrolment.
